The French Bistro soup today wasn't very good. There was barely any cheese. It tasted like beef broth and had a ton of onions but still little flavor. Photo on web site showed croutons which I did not get. Worst thing I've ever eaten from there. On the other hand, the French Ciabatta Dipper was very good and they make the best brownies!
Placed an order today for delivery via the Panera app and upon receipt of the order, realized a sandwich I ordered was missing. I placed a call to this location in order to report the missing item and have it replaced only to be told by the store manager that they could refund me tomorrow (not today) or pick the item up (I had it delivered because I work from home and cannot leave to pick the order up) but that they would not deliver the missing item because “they didn’t...read full review
