Tried Paper Moon Waffles on a whim after seeing the sign outside York Central Market on our way to a different restaurant. Food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. My family had the Belgium waffle, Chicken and Waffles, a Brazilian cheese waffle with chicken, and a Brazilian cheese waffle with broccoli and bacon. Yum to all of it!

Stopped in Central Market for the first time recently shortly after it opened for the day. Not a lot was open, but Paper Moon was so ordered a waffle with fresh strawberries for a quick breakfast. Waffle was made to order and the strawberries were fresh and cut on demand. The waffle was cooked perfectly and just slightly sweet, which allowed the strawberries to shine. Would definitely stop again if I’m the area.
