Atmosphere was nice and friendly. I had been waiting for this place to open up so I could go to a local restaurant to get some pho and was extremely disappointed. The portions were very small for the price you pay for a bowl of Pho, and the broth had absolutely no flavor and tasted watered down. I would rather drive 45 minutes to Lancaster to get Pho from my usual place and get almost triple the amount of meat in my bowl of soup as well as a more flavorful broth.
