Presto Fast Italian- Delco Plaza

Stopped in tonight and placed an order in the drive through, $12.99 plus tax was my order, man said $14.60 something?! Asked him what was going on with what he was charging me because that wasn’t the right price. He said yeah I really don’t understand their taxes they charge?! Just ordered pasta, sauce and protein plus unlimited veggies for $12.99, I just said forget it and drove away. They either have some shady stuff going on there or he was putting extra in for himself?! Either way we will not be going back and I’ll be telling everyone that someone is price gouging there. Just close down at this point, you guys were awesome at first but not anymore.

This is by far the worst take out I've ever had the displeasure of ordering. This was the first time I've ever been to this place and I couldn't stomach the "food".

They forgot multiple parts of my order and charge so much for the worst pasta I've ever eaten. I make noodles at home and can tell these are absolutely not fresh. The quality is so bad I eneded up just throwing the dish away.

The prices are absurd, they are restaurant level prices for below McDonald's quality.

Avoid this place like the plague.

I would rave about Presto when it first opened but the past two times I’ve ordered from here the portions are extremely disappointing that I can’t see myself spending the money here again or ever recommend it to a friend (and that’s coming from someone who doesn’t eat a whole lot to begin with). Spent $70+ for my family and every one of us was still hungry when we finished eating. Both adult sizes were barely bigger than my daughter’s buttered noodles - in fact, hers had more chunks of chicken than my partners adult size. I always get 3 veggies and bolognese sauce and there was barely any sauce…barely any veggies and even the veggies that were in there were slivers and nothing like the nice chunks of veggie you used to get. Half my partners salad was brown and not edible. We also ordered two “giant” garlic breads and I was shocked at what we received. Two kids each got a sliver and my partner was left with what looked like two little corner pieces. The takeout containers used to be PACKED full, now they’re barely half full for an adult size. Extremely disappointing to say the least and only wish I had taken photos to further prove my point.

Food was not good at all. Pasta was undercooked and dry. Barely any sauce at all which makes it even more dry than it already is. Very very disappointed I don’t think I’ll spend money here again.

The girl who took our order did a very good job of giving us all the options this place has as we have never been here before. The pasta was al dente and the vegetables tasted fresh, Parmesan cheese on top of the Alfredo sauce and some crushed red pepper was really good. Just over thirty bucks because of the shrimp.

If it were possible to give a less than zero stars rating, I would.Presto on Carlisle Rd is ALWAYS out of food of one kind or another.I mean. ..DAMN.... FOOD is your business. Half the time they're closed. I'm guessing that they are currently closed for good since the power is turned off (most likely for non payment) and the dumpster(s) were removed by Waste Management (there's only 1 reason for that...non payment)Someone REALLY needs to grow up and take running a business seriously.I wonder if corporate knows yet?

The foods good but it's very little for the price. Well period it's just very little! Like a small box of white rice from a Chinese restaurant! No other size.Then there's the service. It seems more that they only hire YOUNG adults which is fine! It's just as if someone made them work there. I know everyone isn't happy go lucky like "OOOOH WOW!! I'M GOING TO WORK AT PREEEESTOOOOO!!!!) ???????? but dang! They made a mistake on my order and didn't add the shrimp then lied and said if you wants some you can come back and order some! Yet he read back my order.....with the shrimp added!! I replied what! "Ok so, I live in the other side of town. I'm hoping to drive aaaall the way back there to buy ( I'm sure like 3 little shrimp) for a price I'm sure I can buy a bag at SAVE A NOT NOW?? to pay for something you boo-boo'd on?.....What the mess!So where do they do that at?..... PRESTO! On Carlisle road! smhPh and on the photos, the plate pics..... someone bought extra?? also you see how low the food is in the carton? There's isn't a picture from the side right? ????There's an echo of food in the little carton!It was a snack!! An expensive snack!!Done with Pesto. I'll just make it myself when craving such!

We took too long to pick up so they drew a turtle 10/10

Bummed - I’ve tried this spot 3 times and every single time my order was wrong. Regular noodles when I asked for zoodles, wrong sauce, wrong toppings. 3rd times a charm, not returning!

We usually order twice a month here since they've opened. The service has always been amazing, and the food matches it! We can't get enough of the pesto/alfredo blend!!

Beware. I ordered a kids bowl. What sauce, veggies, protein? 5.49. When I got to window my charge was 8.82. Why? Cause I "added" chicken. I really didn't want it. But was asked which protein like it was included. I cancelled my order and left. What a scam.
