I made a scheduled online order for a burritodilla, add a cheese beard for $1 as well as extra cheese inside for $1. This was my first time trying the cheese beard that I’ve heard good things about from others and was disappointed to see the cheese was burnt crumbling apart.. I still tried to nibble some of it but it was overcooked and didn’t taste good. I’ve looked at other pictures of it to see if maybe this is how it comes and from what I can see, I just got unlucky....
Great food, Great service! My coworkers and I love getting Robs for lunch. Today was an exceptionally good experience! Very helpful young lady working the counter and the burritos were on point!
Even though the food was good, I had an unpleasant experience ordering. It was my first time coming here in a couple of years and I was looking at the menu upon arrival. The person (pink hair in a ponytail and ball cap) that took my order gave an attitude like I was a problem and wasting their time. When I started reading what I would like to order, I was rudely interrupted and told that everything came with the burrito… it was almost like I was a bother and I felt like I was...
