Safe and sweet is one of my favorite Lancaster Central Market stops when I’m trying to keep the sugar intake low but am craving something sweet! Her food doesn’t feel heavy or have a negative effect on my system it just makes me happy! And the owner is hard working self aware woman that just makes me want to support who she is and what she provides to the world. It’s not just about the food at Safe & Sweet. It’s about the good energy she brings to world as well.
It’s incredibly hard to find a place that’s gluten free and sugar free, so I appreciate that I have a place I can turn to. I was very surprised that the cinnamon bun and donuts tasted good because I’ve had a lot of bad sugar free desserts and gluten free desserts. However, I do find the frosting on the Cinnabon and donuts to be very overpowering perhaps less sugar free sweetener. And some of the stuff I have gotten here are kinda burnt at times but other than that it’s...
Safe and Sweet catered sugar and gluten free desserts at our wedding (macarons were absolutely DIVINE!), we appreciate that they accommodated dietary restrictions. Their regular desserts were flying off our tables!! In short, we couldn't have had a better dessert caterer
