Panera Bread Reviews
The French Bistro soup today wasn't very good. There was barely any cheese. It tasted like beef broth and had a ton of onions but still little flavor. Photo on web site showed croutons which I did not get. Worst thing I've ever eaten from there. On the other hand, the French Ciabatta Dipper was very good and they make the best brownies!
I'll start with a positive...the food did end up tasting very good! My friend & I decided to run over on our lunch break at work. We waited a few minutes at the speaker in the drive thru line before we were acknowledged. We then waited over 20 min to get our food. A great place to meet people, enjoy good food and wonderful pastries and desserts! The coffee drinks are good as well. Always a great option to grab bagels for events and family with cream cheese.

Panera Bread remains a popular spot for morning coffee, with friendly staff like Torri making customers' days. While the food is great, with highlights like the Asian salad and tomato soup, the drive-thru service can sometimes be slow and unreliable. Customers appreciate the friendly service, especially from staff like the cashier in the drive-thru, who offers pup cups for puppies and explains wait times. The food consistently receives five-star quality ratings, and many customers praise the positive attitude and smiles from employees like Torri, who makes mornings brighter. However, the higher price point is noted, as two salads, two soups, and two sodas can cost around $49.00, and the tables and booths are often covered with crumbs, requiring cleaning before seating. Wheelchair accessibility could also be improved for better convenience.
