Hey Jared the baristas aren't wizards. They can't change how gravity works. If you don't want it mixed, get it with ice! The baristas at this location work extremely hard. They don't need your uneducated comments berating them.

I shouldn't be surprised about this since it is Starbucks. Why should I expect them to know anything about coffee. I went in today to pick up a couple of drinks I ordered online. I ordered a macchiato. I was in a rush and wasn't thinking but realized when I got home that the barista (if you can really call them that) has mixed my macchiato. I'm not sure if anyone reading this will even understand but the difference between the macchiato and a latte is how you drink it. The macchiato is meant to be separated. Milk on the bottom and espresso on the top. It should not be mixed or drank with a straw. The fact that I picked this drink up pre-mixed just goes to show that Starbucks is painfully unaware of how to make and serve coffee.

I had recently had Starbucks for the 1st time and the last time. I had gotten a black coffee .the taste was awful.. Folger's is way better in my opinion.. Starbucks coffee tastes like vending machine coffee ??
