I placed an online order today. When I got to the store, it wasn’t ready, the reason being that there was only one female employee that was waiting on walk- in customers and trying to get the online orders too. She did her best to get all the orders completed. She was very good at her job!
Great staff and service!! I placed an order from the wrong location on the app so I contacted the restaurant because I couldn't cancel online. The manager had my subs made fresh again the next day when I was able to pick them up!!
I took my daughter there after a field hockey game yesterday. Toaster was broken, so immediately frustrated. Ordered a foot long BLT. The person making it over crisped the bacon ( to the point that it was burnt) and then asked if I wanted lettuce and tomato on the sandwich. I was thrown off by this since we ordered a BLT. My daughter was starving and just wanted to eat. The restaurant was clean and we were served promptly. The front area was well organized. I would like to think...
