It was 8:20 when we arrived, huge line of people but we love sweet frog so we stayed and waited. As we approached the station to add topping the young girl was putting all of them away… and the other half she had taken the serving spoons out of. When I asked what was going on, she replied that they always start to clean up 40-50 minutes prior to closing. This is absolutely ridiculous and I’ve never heard of such a thing. Haven’t been here in quite some time but we won’t be back! I’ve never seen it so dirty and gross. Staff was just standing there worried about social hour, the toppings didn’t even seem to have the correct temperature and were wet and gross. Ice cream all over the floor and spilled on the machines.
Very disappointing!
