Is the business closed?!?! Their website allowed us to order online and showed up to pick up food and place was closed and sign in the window that says “4 Rent”. Does this mean they’re closed unexpectedly and are no longer open? Nothing on their social media since 2018. If you’re closed for a short period of time or permanently you need to shutdown online ordering or make a notice on your website that you’re not open. We’ve always loved Heart of Sicily while living in the area but it’s been declining food wise and customer service oriented wise. Such a disappointment.

I’ve ordered here often and food has always been decent but today, not so much. Ordered pirogies that were raw & cold with cold uncooked onion and dry. No way they were sautéed in anything. The sub was a boat of mayonnaise with everything else literally thrown on top of the roll, no effort made to make a sub, basically just a pile of ingredients.

Ordered delivery, took over an hour to receive my food. My order was missing a whole pepperoni pizza. When I made the call to let them know, I tried for over a half an hour and all it did was ring. Now when I look on their website, they are now closed till the next business day. Unreal.

Ordered delivery directly from them, rather than using an app. I'm always looking for good Sicilian pizza and I was not disappointed :). Got some fried mushrooms and then some meatballs for my dog. Food was hot and fresh and delivery driver was very nice! I will definitely order from here when I'm in town!
