I believe this is the only tropical smoothie Café that remains open in the York market. The other 2- East Market St. and Loucks Road locations closed due to lousy service and poor ownership/management. Glad to see there’s still one open in the York area! I had a really good breakfast sandwich and peanut butter and banana smoothie today. Would recommend to others and will be back soon.
The service here is slow and disorganized. I placed a mobile order and while I was waiting, five people came in, ordered, and mine still wasn't ready. At one point, they gave me the wrong order, and only after I pointed that out did they finally make my smoothie.
Attitude! Gotta be mad over the empty tip bowl. How is there tips on the app, register and a bowl? Tropical Smoothie, pay your people so they can drop the attitude!
