If you are looking for authentic Chinese food in PEI, look no further. Don't let the name (Buen Amigo) confuses you. It is true Chinese restaurant. Love all the dishes we ordered. Service was amazing.
We stayed in PEI for about 3–4 days and visited this restaurant twice.
On our first visit, we ordered the Bifengtang Shelter Lobster, Braised Beef Noodle Soup, and the Signature Eel Fried Rice. The lobster was absolutely delicious and highly recommended! The beef in the noodle soup was tender and flavorful, and the fried rice smells so good.
On our second visit, we tried the Spicy Lobster, Stir-Fried Beef Ho Fun, and Salt & Pepper Tofu...

It is a great find on the island but maybe we came too late (~7:30pm), many of the dishes were sold out. We ended up ordering rice noodle with beef and beef with broccoli on the sizzling plate which were both delicious. The baked pork chop with rice is less authentic, the sauce being too sour. The size of our dishes were also on the smaller side. A great option for some reasonably good chinese food.
