I had the best experience in the drive through tonight! What a cheerful bubbly guy at the window. Made my day.
I just want to thank the cake decorator who made my birthday cake! It turned out amazing! And as always tasted great.
I had a disappointing experience with Samir at the drive-through. He was speaking very loudly and didn’t seem to listen carefully before taking my order. He greeted me with “What’s up?”, which felt a bit unprofessional for customer service. Because he wasn’t listening properly, my order was taken incorrectly. I hope he can slow down, listen to customers first, and improve communication to avoid mistakes in the future.

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is a restaurant that serves delicious food, including the brownie batter and Barbeque smokehouse cheddar. The food is a highlight, with customers enjoying the ice cream and the overall quality. The staff is friendly and pleasant, with some employees providing exceptional service, especially the manager who was very kind and helpful. The restaurant is very clean and offers a friendly atmosphere, making it a great spot for families and friends to gather. Guests have appreciated the welcoming environment and the willingness of staff to let them stay past closing time, creating an overall amazing experience. However, there are some areas to improve, such as the wait for chicken strips, which are often not ready when ordered, and the curb around the drive-thru, which can cause scratches on vehicle rims. Despite these minor issues, Dairy Queen Grill & Chill remains a memorable place for good food and good service.
