Been coming to Canton Cafe for years and last Friday evening reminded me exactly why it keeps its spot as my go-to for Chinese food in Charlottetown. The salt and pepper squid was perfectly crispy, not greasy at all, just the way I like it. The staff remembered my usual table by the window and had us settled in no time, which honestly makes a difference after a long week. Always get a single order of Sweet n Sour Chicken...they are always cooked just right no complaints, other than there are two distinct cooks with their own versions of the ss sauce. Chicken is the best I've tried in Charlottetown, not rubbery nor chewy.
