I regret to not recommend this restaurant! We, as foreign tourists with less-than-fluent English, were treated unfairly! The Tuesday happyhour recommended by the restaurant was charged an incorrect fee! After negotiating with them, they refused to refund the money I didn't owe, which made my family feel extremely humiliated! Moreover, this is the last place I chose for a gathering before separating from my family! I am so disappointed here
Had a fantastic experience at Hunter’s Ale House last night! It was my first visit, but I can't wait to come back. My waitress was incredibly attentive and sweet, checking in frequently to ensure everything was to my liking. The manager (possibly the owner?) also went above and beyond, stopping by the table multiple times to chat and show excellent customer care. The smash burger was absolutely delicious - a standout dish that sealed the deal. I will definitely be back!
Been a patron for 20+ years and after the inedible food, inattentive service seemingly to only our table and being hung up on by the manager when we had the audacity to call and let them know very respectfully that the service and food weren’t up to the usual standard. Incredibly disappointed and i’m not the type to leave a poor review. I understand we all have off nights but to be hung up on when we try to explain the situation to management is beyond unprofessional.
