Really rude employees of KFC. Just pure attitude and they kept asking me what I wanted to order like 300 times. I told them at the speakers and then the window and then they still ask again and once again. At the end they still got my flipping order wrong by not giving me my gravy and undercooking my burger. the inside was raw.

The food was not bad, but the food trays were very dirty. Hands stuck to them. Had to wash my hands afterwards because they stank so badly.

The overall experience is very good. Portions are fine, poutines are a bit small but it's fine for the price.

Helpful if unenthusiastic staff. Being Canada Day a smile might have been a nice addition. Food was as expected & enjoyed.
Went through drive through today. Ordered a twister. She came out twisted alright LOL. The entire wrap had cracked open like some sort of sad taco. $14 well spent! 10/10 would not reccomend.

I donât even know where to begin with how awful our experience was at this KFC but I suppose I shouldn't be surprised considering the horror stories I have heard. My partner and I ordered through the mobile app at around 5:30 pm and received an email stating our order would be ready for pick-up by 5:52 pm. We arrived just before that, only to find ourselves standing around waiting and waiting without any updates or communication about when our order would be ready or frankly any sort of acknowledgement. It wasnât until after 6 pm that one of the workers finally bothered to ask us about our order and then proceeded to go into the kitchen and ask if they had even started making our order yet. At that point, we were just completely dumbfounded and frustrated.
Meanwhile, we watched as multiple people who had ordered after us received their food before us. It was incredibly frustrating, especially considering how little communication we were receiving.
The restaurant was clearly short-staffed, with one poor employee trying to handle both the drive-thru and in-restaurant orders. At one point, we overheard a worker say, âWe have no more chicken.â At dinner time, at a chicken restaurant. How does one even allow that to happen?
When we finally got our food, it was clear that there was zero attention to detail. Everything was haphazardly thrown into the boxes, and the order was a mess. When I asked for our drinks, the worker looked around and ended up informing us they didnât have any cans available (which weâd ordered). Instead, they gave us cups for the fountain at that point we didn't really care about that and just wanted to get out of the nightmare.
The chicken strips were the worst we've ever had. I kid you not it was as tough as leather, almost like jerky. We also didnât get any of the six dips that were supposed to come with the order, which, frankly, mightâve been the only way to make the chicken edible. The onion rings were an absolute disaster. The onion inside was barely cooked and near impossible to chew through.
As for the sides, the corn tasted rancid, with a weird spice that made it impossible to eat. The coleslaw was definitely too vinegary. The Big Crunch sandwiches were so bland, with a few scraps of lettuce and so much mayonnaise it felt like a soggy mess. The fries were undercooked and gross.
The only thing that was remotely tolerable was the popcorn chicken. It tasted just like it used to when I was a kid. But that was the only redeeming thing and itâs a sad day when popcorn chicken is the highlight of your meal.
From start to finish, it took nearly 40 minutes to get our food, which is absolutely insane for fast food. The disorganization, long wait times, and total lack of care for quality were unbelievable. Every other customer was equally frustrated. It was clear we werenât the only ones appalled by the service and food quality and after seeing the reviews here I'm shocked that they have taken zero action. I can guarantee this will be the last time we visit this location.
Avoid this KFC at all costs unless you enjoy poor service, terrible food, and an overall nightmare of a dining experience.
