I never write reviews but this place absolutely sucks. Wait times is atrocious yet food is somehow cold. Orders are NEVER correct and they never give you the dips you pay for.

I’ve had a manager switch out a burger for wraps because they ran out of buns WITHOUT INFORMING ME ABOUT THE DECISION even though I left my phone number and contact info with the order.

What really pushed me to write this review though is today when I picked up my order, I asked the employee if my dips were in the bag. She said yes (they weren’t). When I took the bag, it was clearly very light. I opened it and found half the order was missing.

I called out to the employee for a good few minutes before she noticed. She brought me a dip without me saying anything, which makes me wonder if she knew it was missing and lied. She also seemed annoyed that I pointed out the missing items. Mind you, I didn’t raise my voice or give attitude.

I’ve worked in fast food in all kinds of roles, so I know the job isn’t easy. But come on! I’m only expecting the bare minimum: getting what I paid for.

Outside of the awful customer service and the cold food, I’ll admit the food does taste good. But at this point, it’s just not worth the constant frustration.

We went today to order KFC but the service is really worst and the lady in the service never mind also not reday to explain anything about the offer. We wait more than 20minutes and came back with out order the KFC because she is not ready to take the order this is 2nd time experience in this store.

I order crispy chicken bucket which was really bad experience because it was saggy and toooooo much salty. They really need to change the recipe to make better one. There is no crispy and poor packaging. 😒

Very lousy service. When I ordered the three-piece chicken, the man ( looking like a manager) told me to wait for 8 minutes. When I waited for 20 minutes and went to the counter to check, a girl told me there were no chicken, how about tenders. I was pissed and asked to talk to the man. The man’s attitude was even worse, saying no chicken, either got the refund or took the tenders, or wait for another 15 minutes. Feeling humiliated but did not want to wait any longer, I took the tenders. Still shaking now. It just happened less than an hour ago.

I have had multiple orders with missing items from this store. Sometimes it was a piece of chicken, other times it was a popcorn chicken missing from my box. I submitted two feedbacks for my recent orders and did receive calls back, which I appreciate, even though the manager on the other end of the phone sounded unhappy. I don’t want to make anyone unhappy, but if I don’t report the issues, then I have to bear the mistakes in my orders over and over again. I paid what I was supposed to pay but received less than what I was supposed to get, which feels unfair. Honestly, I would rather the extra money I paid had gone to charity instead of being lost in this way.

I could have decided to never come back to this store again. However, KFC is one of the places I genuinely enjoy getting food from, and this happens to be the only KFC near where I live. That is why I am leaving this review — not out of anger, but to bring attention to these issues, in the hope that this store can improve and become better.

Really rude employees of KFC. Just pure attitude and they kept asking me what I wanted to order like 300 times. I told them at the speakers and then the window and then they still ask again and once again. At the end they still got my flipping order wrong by not giving me my gravy and undercooking my burger. the inside was raw.
