I visited KFC recently and overall had a good experience. The fried chicken was crispy, hot, and well-seasoned, just the way KFC is known for. I ordered a Zinger burger and popcorn chicken, and both were tasty and filling. The portion size was fair for the price.

I ordered tenders and it came soggy and too much salty. Experience in KFC at university avenue is disappointing and it was not the first time it happened to me. Not at all recommended 👎🏻
I never write reviews but this place absolutely sucks. Wait times is atrocious yet food is somehow cold. Orders are NEVER correct and they never give you the dips you pay for.
I’ve had a manager switch out a burger for wraps because they ran out of buns WITHOUT INFORMING ME ABOUT THE DECISION even though I left my phone number and contact info with the order.
What really pushed me to write this review though is today when I picked up my order, I asked the employee if my dips were in the bag. She said yes (they weren’t). When I took the bag, it was clearly very light. I opened it and found half the order was missing.
I called out to the employee for a good few minutes before she noticed. She brought me a dip without me saying anything, which makes me wonder if she knew it was missing and lied. She also seemed annoyed that I pointed out the missing items. Mind you, I didn’t raise my voice or give attitude.
I’ve worked in fast food in all kinds of roles, so I know the job isn’t easy. But come on! I’m only expecting the bare minimum: getting what I paid for.
Outside of the awful customer service and the cold food, I’ll admit the food does taste good. But at this point, it’s just not worth the constant frustration.
