I visited KFC at 439 University Ave, Charlottetown (Store #503001) on May 24, 2025, for an Uber Eats pickup. The order included drinks, but staff handed me empty cups and asked me to fill them at the fountain machine. That shouldn’t be the responsibility of a delivery driver. No tray was given either. I waited at the counter for several minutes, but no one came — staff were all at the back, some on their phones and not paying attention. Overall, not a good experience.

Went to KFC at 439 University Ave, Charlottetown (Store #503001) on May 24, 2025, between 2:35–2:41 PM to pick up an Uber order. The staff gave me empty drink cups and told me to fill them myself. That’s not my job — it’s theirs. No drink tray was provided either. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes with no help. All staff were at the back, ignoring me, wearing headphones, and chatting on the phone. This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had as a delivery driver.

Terrible customer service, can’t speak well enough English to take orders. Ordered unseasoned fries got seasoned, ordered spicy mayo didn’t even get that. Food went half cold by the time we got served again to get the spicy mayo. Lady serving was confused about the spicy mayo even tho she repeated it back twice when we ordered? Worst service I’ve gotten at a kfc.

Been there twice in two weeks. Only one maybe two tables were cleaned. First time the guy got half of our order wrong so I had to go back to get the rest of it. Second time the girl messed up the order when we were ordering said boneless box and tried to charge us for a boneless bucket. Then I asked for no seasoning on my fries where they can do it and have many times she apologized but the back staff I heard was complaining and making comments regarding it. One bad experience shouldn’t end up being two and probably even more.

Very very slow service waiting of 30 minutes just for a burger
Walked in … 645 tues. evening. no one there. Waited about 5 mins before anyone showed up… took our order … forgot our drinks and gravy…. food was cold and very salty… We just left… The atmosphere was very cold and cheap looking… went to washroom… only one working door didn’t lock and then I realized there was one stall and 2 urnals so I thought this is either a man’s washroom or unisex one … not impressed… Also didn’t look very professional when the clerk serving us had his hood ip the whole time.

Just left here with a 2 piece chicken and fries and I will say it was the worst I have ever had here, paid $13 no drink no ketchup and not even as much as a napkin, chicken was like it came from a baby chicken and fries were ice cold and like cardboard , could of bought a whole chicken for that !!!!!!!! At least that would of been EDIBLE !!!!!!!!

Amazing place to enjoy with your friends. Must visit this kfc if you want to have fresh and crispy chicken. Staff was very nice. Manager helped me in choosing right food. She was very sweet and generous. Had great food. Will come again for sure
