“Smallish place with a neighborhood eatery feel. Excellent food -- just really, really authentic and good.Had the lentil soup, yabrak (stuffed grape leaves), and kafta. All were great. Even the rice that came with the kafta was good, with a complementary spice palette. They could do with some Lebanese coffee and tea; would have liked to try something regional with dinner.Helpful staff brought me some take away at the end.I read that this place has been here since 1979. I can see why.Parking: Free street parking on weekends and after 6pm at meters. Same for parking garage around the corner. Otherwise about $1.50 Can/hr.“
“Lived in Charlottetown for just over a year now and just got home now from my first trip to Baba's. I loved it, the bartender was great and the atmosphere was awesome. People have told me to go for months now and I can't believe it took me so long to make it there! The jazz band playing there was also awesome. Will be back tomorrow for sure.“
