Excellent food, honestly an underrated pizza spot in my opinion. They have lovely food. The nightclub is also one of the best ones in Charlottetown, especially for those between the 19-30 age demographic. I have many fond memories here and the staff are always very professional and accommodating. Just an overall good vibe no matter what's going on. Highly recommend

What were so appreciative that Matt had worked us in for a Birthday Party for 23. Our waitress was Emma. Such a delight and very quick with our drinks. We understood that the food would take sometime. We really didn’t wait that long as we were having a great time catching up with everyone. Emma was very curious and I,ve noticed that all the plates had been removed before billing. Very impressed with her service. I hope she has a long term job there. She was the best. We will return once again. Oh, and the food was great. Thanks again, Matt and Emma

I was at the Factory with a group of people (~40) for a bowling banquet, in the downstairs part, dark and dingy.. I had been there in the downstairs part 30+ years ago, and it doesn't look like much changed since then. There were 2 servers and a bar tender for this many people. In defense of the servers, they busted their butts to get food served. That is the best I can say for this venue. There was no water served on the table, so the league in charge offered to pay for pop for anyone wanting a drink other than alcohol. The food was delivered individually by name as there were a couple options which were chosen ahead of time. I was one of the last ones served and I received my meal 45 minutes after the first meal was served. By this time it was barely warm and most of the folks at my table had already finished their meal. My meal consisted of two medium to large baked potatoes-- you read that right, two potatoes with butter and sour cream, a piece of steak in the middle of the plate (which was cooked to my liking), and several large florets of broccoli almost raw. No rolls served with the meal, but very large servings of mashed potatoes or fries with other meals that folks ordered... perhaps the large serving of potatoes was meant to replace a roll?????? Other folks ordered the chicken option which was at least served with a type of mushroom gravy. Dessert was cheesecake which was very good. Mine came with a soup spoon to eat it with; most others came with a regular spoon, so I'm guessing they just ran out of cutlery. I did not appreciate how dark it was... I gave this a 1 rating, but truthfully, -1 might have been more appropriate.
The vibe was great, the food was cold, the service was OK, and I had to chase people down for things which isn't cool. The wine was good

Delivery was about 10 min late, won't complain, just a reminder for people who want to order delivery. Spaghetti sauce kinda tasted like canned sauce, which is fine I guess. Meatball tasted quite good actually.
