Visiting PEI my wife and I had a great dinner.
Believe it or not had my first oysters, they were very good!
We had mussels and fish n chips
Mussels were biggest we ever had
All was so tasty. Local brew was nice
i am glad we chose this restaurant
Thanks to our waiter Patrick for great service

First impressions were not good walking in. No one to greet you at the door, and no signage directing you to wait to be seated or to grab a seat. After someone sitting us down I was given a coffee with a lipstick stain on the mug. This coffee took 8 mins to replace. The food itself was good, if a bit expensive for proportion size. Two thin pancakes with a small scoop of berries was $14 before tax or tip. Not one staff member that was hanging out by the kitchen, came to check on the 4 tables that were in the restaurant. I had to flag someone down twice and ask for coffee refills. Which was SUPER annoying when we were handed that payment machine and the first tip option is 18%!! Staff did absolutely nothing to deserve that amount. The food was good, but between the price and the service.....

We went on a Sunday at 5pm to take in their burger love and it was buzzin !!
So busy but the food didn't take very long at all , it was hot and the service was amazing!
Really impressed with their burger love. 10/10 I don't think it could've been better !
Really great to go into the washroom and discover they have feminine products, etc for whatever us ladies may need . Impressive !
Looking forward to going back soon .

We recently went out for lunch with my daughter and her friend. The kids shared a spinach dip, and my girlfriend and I decided to split a burger love. Since I was still a bit hungry, I figured I’d add some extra protein and ordered the shrimp add-on for $9, expecting a reasonable portion.

What came out was… surprising, and not in a good way. The portion was extremely small—definitely not what you’d expect for the price.

When I mentioned it to the server, she admitted she doesn’t always understand what the kitchen does, which didn’t exactly inspire confidence. I asked if it would be possible to bring the rest of the shrimp, assuming maybe there had been a mistake. She laughed it off and walked away, and nothing further came of it. About 20 minutes later, we were still charged for the full add-on.

Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
I don’t think the spinach dip has spinach in it…
Do not order the shrimp add-on…
And the burger love… There’s way Better.

If it weren’t for the location and the fact they serve Moth Lane beer, this likely would have been my last visit.

Stopped in after daughter’s gymnastics competition. Pork tenderloin was very dry, salmon was ok, burger was delicious but fries were crazy salty. Salt and pepper wings were not good. Son asked for milk and immediately said it tasted off. Informed server and asked for a different drink. Me and my wife’s food arrived and after 5 minutes had to flag someone down for kids food and was told sport, didn’t see it was ready. Had to ask for water twice until we got it. Brownie and cheesecake were good. Shocked we were charged for the milk and overall service was off and most of the food was terrible. Maybe a one off but hard to see how this place stays in business

A little deceiving. Songs on the windows said Fresh Seafood. The only seafood on the menu was a fish and chip, and oysters on the half shell, for happy hour between 3pm and 7pm
Even though, the food was good, hot, and served quick. Server was a little sweetheart.
I enjoyed my club sandwich, even though it was not the seafood I had went in for.

I’ve eaten here a few time and always love the food and atmosphere but it’s really overpriced specially compared to some of the other restaurants in town. This being said it’s a really nice place if you want to celebrate a special occasion

Came in specifically for the oyster happy hour and ended up having one of the most satisfying meals I’ve had in Charlottetown.

The PEI oysters were impeccably fresh and so well handled that we ordered more immediately. Clean, balanced, and confident.

The seafood pasta was restrained and precise — properly cooked pasta, balanced sauce, and seafood treated with respect.

Special mention to the Caesar salad, which genuinely surpassed versions I’ve had at internationally well-known, social-media-famous restaurants. Balanced dressing, disciplined anchovy, crisp romaine, and excellent Parmesan. A Caesar made by someone who understands the dish, not the trend.

Service was warm, professional, and perfectly timed.

At these prices, this level of execution would cost significantly more in larger cities. A restaurant that knows exactly who it is and executes accordingly.

Will absolutely return.
