Last night my best friend and I we went to Tim Hortons drive thru ijust wanted to order ice coffee the girl she work there she said 2 mins after 2 or 5 mins we said hi can u take our order and she said again 2 mins isaid why is taking u so long she said if u don’t like this place u should go to somewhere else when I drove to the window she said I’m only by my self here cashing out making orders I’m sorry what we’re customers that not the way how u talk with customers sorry but this place is ridiculous if there 0 star

I went to Tim Hortons this morning to grab some breakfast and asked if they had anything without eggs since I’m allergic. The employee wasn’t sure, so he asked someone else, who I think was the manager. Instead of just telling me they didn’t have anything or that they were busy, she rudely told me to “read the Tim Hortons guidelines.” It made me feel really uncomfortable and unwelcome. As someone who works in hospitality, I know how customers should be treated, and this felt wrong, almost like I was being singled out for something else. Honestly, if I could give zero stars, I would, but I’ll settle for one. Definitely not going back to that location again.

Second day in a row, and I get a Turkey bacon sandwich with a blackened salad leaf. I forgot to take a picture on the first day, but today I made sure to do so for evidence. Don't know how to post those pictures here, but I am disappointed.
