They only have one poor guy working the counter on a busy morning, With 4 to 5 staff working drive-through. When they asked A staff to go help him on counter she Had a sour attitude and helps him for two minutes before Returning back to drive-through Leaving this poor guy with five or six people waiting for their orders. Hire there needs to be more people scheduled to work on the counter, not just drive-through

I went to Tim Hortons this morning to grab some breakfast and asked if they had anything without eggs since I’m allergic. The employee wasn’t sure, so he asked someone else, who I think was the manager. Instead of just telling me they didn’t have anything or that they were busy, she rudely told me to “read the Tim Hortons guidelines.” It made me feel really uncomfortable and unwelcome. As someone who works in hospitality, I know how customers should be treated, and this felt wrong, almost like I was being singled out for something else. Honestly, if I could give zero stars, I would, but I’ll settle for one. Definitely not going back to that location again.
