Every time I visit Charlottetown, I make sure to eat here. I have only ever had delicious meals. This time, I returned for breakfast. The potatoes are so crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside! The omelet was satisfying and tasty. Chloe was a wonderful server, so kind and personable. Definitely a hidden gem.

TLDR: Just go somewhere else. Plenty of awesome places to eat around here!
The rest of the reviews sum this place up pretty well, unfortunately. Not many people but it took a while to get food. Burger was cooked well done and chewy, but had some sorta okay flavors. The fries were very tasty, but I think I have PEI to thank for that. The lobster roll was subpar and way too creamy, as well as the potato salad. Also, the bar was full of trash, dirty glasses and other junk, not great to look at. Server was friendly though.

Picked this place because I thought the cuisine and service would be above par at a Delta Hotel . Disappointed. My wife and I ordered tagliatelle with seafood. Fettuccine came instead. My wife found the squid bitter. I found the pasta very dry. (Probably didn’t reserve some pasta water). Wasn’t offered cracked pepper or parmesan . I had to ask for a glass to drink my bottle of beer. Needed a magnifying glass to find the seafood. A disappointing meal for my last night in Charlottetown.

Absolutely do not come here until the renovations are complete. I felt like I was eating in a hospital cafeteria. The staff were wonderful but the atmosphere sucked big time. Call before booking. I will come back--but not when the renovations are ongoing.

Had 2 orders of Fish and chips and fish was so full of oil l feel sick and my daughter wouldn’t eat it
Took 45 minutes for a salad which was small and the chicken was so so dry. It cost $22 for just the salad. I almost didn’t want to pay for it. Took another 20 minutes to get our bill.
Went once to the bar and had an extra beer added to my bill.
Went next day to the restaurant and again had mistakes on the bill (there were only two of us).
We got the buffet. Very limited options, no prepared fruit. Almost 50 bucks after tax and tip for one kid and one adult.
Home fries were good.
Good food great people enjoyed the place
Food is tasty! We always get great service and our kids get spoiled after our Sunday swim!

Although it is a restaurant inside a hotel, I can say that it has a great menu and the two dishes my wife and I had were delicious.
There was a group of very loud customers, which was not really their fault. The hostesses were very friendly and polite, and they let us sample the local drinks. The food is really nothing spectacular. I had the smash burger, which I could have cooked far better. It was quite greasy, the fries were decent though. Overall, food was very average but very expensive considering what you are getting.. I feel delta has to step up their game here a bit. There is a lot of room for improvement.
Additional notes: The brunch buffet seemed too expensive 23$ cad, and looked very basic. So I didn't get it. Would only be worth if it was included with the hotel room.

We went to Water's Edge for a Father's Day lunch. The food was excellent (Smash Burger for him, Vegetable Wellington for me) and reasonably priced considering food prices these days. Cocktail prices were not so reasonable (a trend that seems all too common at restaurants), so we went for the cider. The portions sizes were very good and we were pleasantly full without ordering an appetizer.

Food was well prepared and delivered in a timely manner. Service was OK, but understandable as it was a busy Mother's Day Brunch. All in all good food but a little pricey.
