Although it is a restaurant inside a hotel, I can say that it has a great menu and the two dishes my wife and I had were delicious.

There was a group of very loud customers, which was not really their fault. The hostesses were very friendly and polite, and they let us sample the local drinks. The food is really nothing spectacular. I had the smash burger, which I could have cooked far better. It was quite greasy, the fries were decent though. Overall, food was very average but very expensive considering what you are getting.. I feel delta has to step up their game here a bit. There is a lot of room for improvement.

Additional notes: The brunch buffet seemed too expensive 23$ cad, and looked very basic. So I didn't get it. Would only be worth if it was included with the hotel room.

We went to Water's Edge for a Father's Day lunch. The food was excellent (Smash Burger for him, Vegetable Wellington for me) and reasonably priced considering food prices these days. Cocktail prices were not so reasonable (a trend that seems all too common at restaurants), so we went for the cider. The portions sizes were very good and we were pleasantly full without ordering an appetizer.

Food was well prepared and delivered in a timely manner. Service was OK, but understandable as it was a busy Mother's Day Brunch. All in all good food but a little pricey.

Mothers Day Brunch. Pros: - Overall food quality was pretty good - Free mimosas for the adults - Pricing was reasonable Cons: - Service was poor. Drink order (coffee/tea for the adults and orange juice for the kids) took 20+ minutes to arrive. Our waitress was MIA after the order and I had to flag down a different waiter to have her check on the orange juice. Kids breakfast was missing an item. Took a long time for waitress to come back to ask for it. Never came back to ask how everything was or if we needed anything. Coffee/tea came 10+ minutes after the OJ finally arrived and was never offered to refill. It was an odd dining experience. - Did not realize the restaurant is basically in the lobby of the hotel. Not as comfortable/nice as I would have liked for a Mothers Day treat but that's on me for not knowing better. Overall it was an OK brunch with decent food and priced OK, but the service ruined it for us. Doubt we will be back.

A great place for a good quality meal. The Mother's Day brunch was a set menu with three options for each course. The eggs on the lobster eggs benny were overdone, but this would be understandable I suppose on a busy day.

Great food and the service very good. Tap beer was excellent. A bit noisy, however, it was because of family day and there were many young children in the dining room.

The wait was not good. 30 mins + for a glass of water and then another 20 mins for a drink. Food (mains) came out 1.5 hrs after arriving and appetizers were forgotten. Chicken supreme was disappointing however the steak was very good. Portion sizes are small. Service was friendly but we believe they were just understaffed for the number of customers. The ambiance was good and the live music was a nice touch. After having similar experiences in the past I think this will be our final visit.

Not enough servers. Over 2 hours for our meal. Salad was cold lettuce. Food was OK but our well done came out medium rare.

This place is wildly over priced. Even for a hotel restaurant it is not worth it. Food is not bad, but also not remarkable in any sense and certainly not worth the price. Many other similarly priced (or even cheaper) restaurants nearby that offer a much higher quality experience.

Normally, both the service and the food are very good at Water's Edge. Christmas Day was not that experience. We had to ask to order drinks after the appetizers arrived. For those who ordered the prime rib, we should have had steak knives. It was difficult cutting. Both the salmon and the scallops was tasty. One of the members of our party did not receive her main course until the rest of party had finished their main course. Our server was very pleasant but seemed quite inexperienced.

We had a delightful Christmas Day Brunch at Water's Edge! The lay-out of all the food stations was excellent. Very spacious with no crowding! I felt is was a “low risk” environment for contracting COVID as you could keep at least 6 feet away from most people. The variety and quality of both the Breakfast items and the Lunch items was outstanding! For $ 45, it was a steal! There was even a Gingerbread Cookie Decorating Station and a “Kid's Station” with chicken fingers, hot dogs, kettle chips, etc. Something for everyone! The Christmas decor was beautiful and festive! Thank you for a special Christmas experience!

Was disappointed that we were pretty much the only diners there on December 10th at noon ... why would others not want to dine around Christmas... price? choice/quality of food? limited menu?
