COWS Peakes is a delightful spot with helpful and funny staff, located in downtown Charlottetown in a busy tourist area. The ice cream is soft and creamy, offering a flavor paradise with tempting choices. There is a big selection of classic hard ice cream, and the waffle cones are a must-try, captivating with their smell. Waffle bowls are made on-site and smell very good. The location is truly pleasant, with the port terrace nearby and a little musician show that adds to the charm. Be ready for crowds as it gets busy quickly, especially during cruise ship arrivals and farmers markets. The store has a lot of cool things like toys, T-shirts, and earrings, making it a fun place to visit. Despite the busy atmosphere, service is fast, and the delicious ice cream makes it worth the visit. Visitors particularly love the Gooey Mooey and strawberry flavors, and the pralines and cream is also a favorite. The real star remains the delicious waffle cone, ensuring that customers return multiple times.
