The food was horrible! Even horrible was the employee’s attitude. (Especially one lady employee - most uncivilised person )
We ordered Apple Pecan Salad and burger. They said it would show on the screen when its ready. We waited there it was kinda busy so we sat at the table at the very back. The bathrooms are well-kept, but the bathroom door is locked, which can cause issues for customers with disabilities. A customer with an invisible disability visited to use the restroom and get a JBC, but was refused access until purchasing something, which was frustrating. After mentioning the disability act and showing a disability placard, the manager handled the situation professionally and kindly. The staff sometimes struggles with handling payments and operating the debit machine, and there have been issues with handing out proper drink cups to dine-in customers, with some customers needing to ask for their cups. The breakfast menu is delicious but considered overpriced. Overall, the restaurant is a better option than the local McDonald's, and the managers respond well when issues are raised. The location may not be the best in town, with some customers appearing strung out, but the food quality remains consistent.
