Great very fast service, amazingly good sushi and other dishes, all you can eat at a good price? What more could ya want!

Really enjoyed this restaurant and it's food. Only one criticism. They need to clean the order tablets each time before giving them out to the patrons. Not good to order on a dirty screen, then touching the food. Thank you.

The food is okay, but the service is terrible. The waiter is not familiar with menu items, as when we ask about the Sashimi Combo he can’t tell right away.

Another disappointment is that the waiters never care or understand customers’ basic needs for a sushi meal. No water, no small plates, no wasabi even when the first dish arrived. We had to ask them multiple times before we get those items, and we didn’t even use the plates because they look dirty. We didn’t bother to get another set of plates since the waiters are unresponsive.

We were very disappointed of their service but still paid some tips. The service is unacceptable, despite the fact that I myself work in a shop that serves customers daily.

Inaccurate hours posted 🙁 We visited the Summerside location and were told they were only doing takeout, even though others were sat down eating. So, we drove 40 minutes to the charlottetown location because it said they closed at 10pm, we arrived at 8:30 and it was dark and had already been closed for a while.

No water, no wasabi, no server checking on us, no explanation of the menus- only delivered a tablet when we didn’t want all you can eat, had to get up three times to request service. Water on the floor. Hair in my dish. Server asked if we needed a fork. Not a good sushi experience.
