Took my family to Sam's in Cornwall the other night. Very comfortable feel to this place. It's not a stuffy restaurant. Great assortment of Canadian and Lebanese cuisine. I would recommend their pizza. Loaded with toppings and flavor. Portions are large and service was excellent.
I was immediately surprised by the low prices of Sam's, thinking the quality would be skimped on. However, every dish served to us was exactly what we were looking for. Fresh, homestyle, hot, and delicious. We especially enjoyed the chicken caesar salad, and the hot chicken sandwich. Honourable mention to the cheeseburger platter, though I wish the burger had a touch more seasoning. Unfortunately, the service was very slow when we went for dinner. Lunch was noticeably better....
5 of us went for dinner to try out the food. We were shocked with the good prices and amazing food. Homemade hamburgers, fresh fried chicken and real white meat chicken in hot chicken sandwich and clubhouse. The only downside was our server, maybe being in this business is not for her. Regardless rest of staff were great and we will be back!
