Visiting PEI from Germany I found Angelikas German Pastry Shop in Hunter River and I also visited her at the Farmers Market in Charlottetown. Her Display Case looks amazing, just mouth watering.I do love KAESE SAHNE TORTE so much and Angelika offers this type of Torte with peaches inside and on the top. It`s so fresh and fruity. Angelika baked a triple chocolate cake for my daughter's birthday during the holidays--on very short notice--and it was one of the most delicious cakes I have ever eaten! This place is a hidden gem, and now my go to whenever I need a cake that delights.
