“We stopped at the subway in Montague around 7:00 pm. The staff person, I think it was Ravi Anne but could be wrong , was great. However I felt she was put into a very unreasonable situation. She was the only person working the restaurant and drive thru. Luckily the customers waiting, while she served drive thru at the same time as the restaurant, were patient. If they hadn’t been she could have been dealing with annoyed people when the situation was totally out of her control. I understand there are times when restaurants are short staffed but close the drive thru to make it reasonable for the person working.“
