I was standing there waiting to order and the owner came up to a very young girl that was taking my order and she stopped to chastise her about selling the previous customer a baby Ice cream cone because they were an adult. As someone who is diabetic I often order just a little one so that I can have a taste of it. I think the owner or whoever was working last Saturday night needs a lesson in manners. service was.... well I honestly could not say as there wasn't anyome else in the shop to serve. but we were ignored and the workers were extremely rude walking by and on their cell phones.
Horrible experience there today. The staff couldn't have been older than 12. They had specials on their board (ie combos of hot dog and fries) but the staff were confused when we asked to purchase the combos...it was clearly being advertised on their menu board...but because the staff don't know what they sell or the combos they offer and "couldn't find" it on her ipad to ring it through we had to purchase the combo items individually..... Very poor service will never be back....read full review
