We ordered Beef Shank in a red wine espagnole sauce which the chef told me is his favorite style of cooking. Exceptional depth of flavor and perfectly tender and delicious. My wife enjoyed pasta Alfredo with salmon two ways, smoked and grilled and is still talking about the dish 2 weeks later.
The food here reflects a European style and the culinary excellence of a master chef.“
