The Tim Hortons restaurant offers a nice, quiet sitting area, but the parking situation could use some improvement. The available parking is too close to the drive-through lanes and on an incline, and the garbage truck has to block the drive-through to collect the refuse. Despite these challenges, the restaurant provides a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff and great energy. Customers particularly enjoy the clam chowder, which they wish was a regular menu item. The service is generally fast and efficient, although some have experienced impatience from the drive-thru staff. The double drive-thru layout can be confusing, as there are no lines painted on the ground to guide customers. Nevertheless, many appreciate the kind team, especially when they go above and beyond, such as returning lost belongings.
