“I stopped last Tuesday to get supper for my mother and myself. Mom is 85 years old with slow mobility. The ladies working greeted us with a smile and hello! I noticed they were busy but with everyone coming in they made sure they acknowledged them with a friendly hello.
I really want to let people know that this establishment is so clean and the bathrooms are clean as well.

I think maybe the man was a manager but he came out and held our toddler while we waited for food - which they got out extra speedy so the kids wouldn’t be waiting long. “It was such a fun and new experience trying BeaverTails! Nothing beats enjoying a warm, freshly made treat while looking out at the waterfront and all the boats. We went for the chocolate and peanut butter BeaverTail topped with Reese’s Pieces, and it was absolutely amazing—crispy, warm, and sweet in the best way, without feeling too heavy.

Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Charlottetown — it’s the perfect spot to treat yourself after exploring the city!“

“Stopped in for lunch today. Got a friendly greeting as soon as I stepped inside the door. The dining area was spotlessly clean from top to bottom; the chairs and tables were clean and in their place, and the floor was swept and mopped. The food prep area was very impressive; well stocked with fresh ingredients, neat and organized, and immaculately clean. Unless a person has worked in the food service industry, they would understandably have no idea what it takes - especially behind the scenes! - to make it work successfully, and the staff at the Grafton Street Charlottetown location make this job look easy ... and it's anything but! Incredible VIP service this afternoon from the extraordinary and AMAZING young lady from Nepal who makes the BEST sub sandwhich ever. She is polite, gracious, and courteous; fast, efficient, and accurate; and she gets five-stars for her impeccable customer service skills! Inside was also busy probably due to mostly students visiting. Food quality was good and service was pretty fast.
