“I stopped last Tuesday to get supper for my mother and myself. Mom is 85 years old with slow mobility. The ladies working greeted us with a smile and hello! I noticed they were busy but with everyone coming in they made sure they acknowledged them with a friendly hello.
I really want to let people know that this establishment is so clean and the bathrooms are clean as well.

“Stopped in for lunch today. Got a friendly greeting as soon as I stepped inside the door. The dining area was spotlessly clean from top to bottom; the chairs and tables were clean and in their place, and the floor was swept and mopped. The food prep area was very impressive; well stocked with fresh ingredients, neat and organized, and immaculately clean. Unless a person has worked in the food service industry, they would understandably have no idea what it takes - especially behind the scenes! - to make it work successfully, and the staff at the Grafton Street Charlottetown location make this job look easy ... and it's anything but! Incredible VIP service this afternoon from the extraordinary and AMAZING young lady from Nepal who makes the BEST sub sandwhich ever. She is polite, gracious, and courteous; fast, efficient, and accurate; and she gets five-stars for her impeccable customer service skills! “The beef brisket was very good and full of flavour, and overall we enjoyed parts of our meal.

My only disappointment was seeing the mac and cheese, which was priced at over $9, being heated in a microwave before being served. At that price point, I was expecting it to be prepared fresh. It took away from the overall dining experience.

The brisket itself was definitely the highlight of the meal, but I hope this is something the restaurant considers improving in the future.“

Not only was the sub prepared quickly, but it also tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful. I would gladly return to Subway just to be served by Shivam again.
