Of course the food and root beer are excellent. But service is slow, the restaurant is not clean, and the tables rarely get cleaned. Condiment area and dishes return area usually piled with dirty dishes. They appear to always be understaffed or giving cleanliness and service a low priority. Bathrooms not very clean.
Service was extremely slow. Some potential customers even left because they waited for about 7mins without even being acknowledged.
The ambiance is amazing and I love the Canada Day decor. The service was really fast even though there were lots of guests. The staff were also very friendly. I will definitely come back soon with my family.
