“I had ordered a pizza online as I had worked late and didn’t feel like cooking supper.
This was super easy to place the order and it was ready for pick up as soon as I walked in the door of Dominoes. The lady working there was very pleasant.

“I visited the Pizza Hut in Summerside, P.E.I. on Sunday, March 22, 2026, and asked if I could arrange to have 10 large pizzas ready to go by 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, for a group of 25 men. I arrived at 5:25 p.m. to pick up the 10 pizzas and met with Saumya, who had already made the pizzas and they were being cooked as I looked on. Saumya was the only person working behind the counter and at 5:44 p.m. he handed me all 10 pizzas, one minute early! The pizzas were delicious, with most men eating at least four pieces. Saumya was a consummate professional throughout the transaction and gave a whole new meaning to quality service! There are several different places where I can purchase pizzas in Summerside but considering how I was treated over the last few days by Saumya and his staff at Pizza Hut, I do not plan to go elsewhere in the future for all the aforementioned reasons. Great staff and great service make for a great business. Keep up the great work!“

“Just picked up a Donair and Donair Sub - food was tasty - could have done with more Donair sauce as they were a tad dry. But portion size is good and it was really tasty. (Server seemed to be in a crousty mood)“

“Quality of pizza is very inconsistent. Sometimes it's really good and sometimes it's terrible. I ordered 18 inch 4 topping with 2l pop (47.99 after taxes and delivery) everytime. Last time it was missing a topping completely. This time it was overloaded with sauce and hardly any crust at all. Very little toppings this time also. The box my pizza was delivered jn was damaged this time. After receiving the pizza and walking in my door it broke up from the bottom and 4 slices hit the floor. I attempted to call them but could not get through (assuming busy do to father's day) so I am writing this review now instead. I will say the staff who answer the phones are always super friendly and polite when I call. I dont expect perfection every time but when I'm paying top dollar for pizza some consistency in the qualoty would go a long way in keeping me a satisfied customer.

After originally posting my review the restaurant reached out to me to discuss my concerns and offered me a small discount on a future order. I accepted the offer and have since then ordered from them on many occasions. Every time the food has been excellent. The ladies answering the phone and the girl delivering my pizza remain super friendly and accommodating. The prices are on the higher end compared to other spots I the city but the food has been worth it. I will.continue to go to them as my first option“
