I'm a fan!

“Nice, centrally located restaurant. Despite being on a busy street, it is extremely quiet in the air-conditioned interior or on the covered terrace. There are lots of seats.

The local dishes are very tasty and well sized. Starters or desserts are still suitable.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, service is quick and prompt. Special requests were implemented quickly and well.

There are no direct parking spaces, but on the surrounding streets.

All in all, absolutely recommended.“

Soft drinks are €2.50, which is also a good price, and you can also order delicious salads for €3.00. Even if you are already full enough from a full plate of one of the main courses.

Definitely recommended if you want to eat cheaply, quickly and deliciously, without it feeling like fast food.“

“Me and my wife had the pleasure to dine at Cafe In-certo twice during our holiday in the old town. On both occasions the food and service were impeccable. The whole experience and how we were treated was amazing. This was one of our most favourite places to eat good food, drink some lovely local Paxa wine and totally immerse ourselves. We ordered Prato del dia. The soup was amazing… everyone was a bit uncertain about having soup on a hot July day but it was the best soup I’ve ever had.
The 3 different dishes we ordered were delicious, all served with rice fries and salad.
The desserts (we tried 3 different types) were all to die for!! Our waiter was very helpful and pleasant!
Overall the best local food I’ve had in Portugal …. I highly recommend it!“

The service from Eduardo is first class.He is a really nice man.
The food.... simply fantastic, Eduardos wife does the cooking and it is first class. The meat was very tender. The home made dessert was out of this world.

We came as a group of 30 people and asked to broadcast the Euro match: France Spain, which they kindly broadcast!
Very good service from the owners (I think?), at our disposal for recommendations and very smiling.
Very good meat or fish dishes ?
And a nice menu of basic desserts (not tasted).
I recommend the Mojito cocktail which is sweet in just the right way!

“Ended up here after walking up and down the street in indecision. Initially picked the restaurant based on their dessert offerings, but was pleasantly surprised by their burgers. Had the "Algarve" which is a cheeseburger with an egg on top! Amazing! They even made it runny on request and it tasted great. Wonderful service and close to other shops and restaurants.

“We visited this place twice while staying at Cerro Malpique appartments which is just round the corner from Joseph's bar , there is very little else in this area so it's perfect if you don't want to walk into town .On our first visit we had the Lamb Chops and T bone steak both dishes were so tasty and cooked to perfection , the plate of Lamb Chops were huge 6 Chops to be exact , we left feeling very satisfied. Because of the food and service we recieved we decided to go back a few days later . We had the Lasagne , and Sirloin Steak , the Sirloin was OK but overcooked we didn't complain as it was only slightly overcooked and still palatable .The Lasagne I expected to be home made , alas it wasn't it was one of those chilled ones you can purchase in most supermarkets , trust me I know as I,m a Chef , I didn't complain because it doesn't state on the menu "home made" but it's was a big disappointment, nevertheless this place is well worth a visit if your in the area , with mostly home made dishes with the exception of the Lasagne.“

Additionally, after telling the waiter my preference for superbock long beer glasses, he gave me a box of 6 glasses. Quite a detail!!! “We were advised to come here for authentic Portuguese food! This is about 20 minutes drive from Albuferia but really really worth it.

There is no menu for this restaurant. They ask what level of spice you’d like your chicken and if you’d like chips and salad and then they begin to make the order.

Food is quick to the table, fresh and so delicious! The staff are friendly and this place was packed!

We had the chicken chips and salad with bread and olives and some ice cream for dessert and the total came to €30.30. I ate so quickly I forgot to take pictures but if you are willing to head out to this place you will not be disappointed.

Kitchen is absolutely spotless.

Parking: In front of the restaurant on the other side of the road there is a large parking lot which is free.“

“Perfect spot for dinner with excellent service (English speaking) and great food. Most tourist places are too noisy for decent conversations. Pepper steak was about a 10-oz portion and so tender. The best steak ever. Ordered it medium rare. Could barely finish it. The chicken filet with mushroom sauce was delectable, also too much and took half as take-away. The sea bass is fresh and tasty, and guest was so stuffed eating it all. The fish filet special is breaded, not grilled. Be sure to ask server which you prefer. My favorite is the sardine pate and amazing olives. Their bread uses a rye starter for incredible texture. 5 thumbs up!

Parking: The street narrows so best to park up the hill for free parking by the municipal building. 10-minute leisurely pace up the hill.“

“It's a simple, family-friendly place. It was great and we felt good there. Quality and typical Portuguese food. I really recommend it and I think there are restaurants with such high ratings that don't deserve their good rating unlike this one. “We came across this hidden gem of a restaurant across the motorhome...does not look that great on the outside but oh boy GO IN! and try the food. Sr.Antonio and his wife (Fernanda) were very friendly and service was 10+. The food was delecious and made to perfection. We tried it for lunch and dinner unfortunately found this place the day before leaving had I found it earlier would have gone there for all our meals. “Great 'Ultimate' English Breakfast. One of the best breakfasts we've had while we stayed in Albufeira.

The lady who served us was so friendly too, and I can't fault any part of the morning we spent here.

Quick service, reasonably priced and good food.

The only gripe I have, and it's small - is please ensure that your coffee menu is either updated, or you take off options such as Flat White, Cappuccino etc. I asked for a flat white, and I got a coffee with warm milk. I see you have a coffee machine, but this wasn't used for my coffee. Just a small comment :)“

“Today was a day out. Passing through Ferreiras, where I only knew Intermarche, I decided to go ahead because it was lunch time and maybe there was a bar.

We arrived at the roundabout and found some spaces. We decided on 20age, and my friends..... a surprise to be sure to repeat!

Very welcoming space with a terrace on the terrace, and lots of friendliness, where what prevails is perfection and culinary experience.

And don't be intimidated by the decoration theme, because by the time the food arrives in front of us, the correct presentation and the smell so good... mmmmmm... we feel like trying all the delicacies they make there. In addition to the daily dishes, many and varied snacks.

We started with some clams à bulhao duck, perfect and well served. That little sauce was enough to use up the rest of the bread until it was gone!

This was followed by some rice with razor clams. You can go to Sesimbra, to the north, and wherever you want... but come and try this SFF. Slight aroma of peppers, naughty rice and a generous amount of razor clams. Perfect!

The daughters went for alternatives, a spaghetti carbonara pasta, and a chicken bitoque.
Well served, generous dishes and seasoning on point!

Haaa I forgot, do you remember an egg pudding that our grandmother used to make? Here they know how to do it! Delicious!

“I love Greek food - having been to Greece a number of times, one thing I miss is the traditional food from Greek Tavernas.

OS Gregos didn't fulfil my desires, however, the food was good and the staff were really friendly.

Ordered Gyros, and while I was expecting it to come out with a Pitta - it came out as shredded chicken on a plate with Salad and Chips. It was nice, but not what I was expecting.

My son had Bream, and absolutely loved it! He's only 9 and having the head still attached didn't put him off at all, he ate every bite!“

It was a lovely evening so we were able to sit on the terrace with a fantastic view of the sea. The ice cold beer was a welcomed relief from the heat and the food and service was up to its usual high standard. They serve the best Pulpo à Lagareiro which is my dish of choice.
