“The jewel in this business are the owners. The lady who served us was absolutely lovely and very attentive and made us feel really welcome. It's a nice little, well run & clean snack bar, plus some. The food is basic in both terms of menu selection and presentation but nice although our orders were slow to arrive at the table which would have presented an issue if we were on a quick lunch stop. Prices are reasonable and in line with similar businesses. We'd certainly come again.My only criticism was towards inconsiderate customers on a neighbouring table who arrived and whose smoke from their foul habit was drifting over us as we finished our meal. We otherwise may have stayed for another drink or two.“

“A fantastic little bar in the heart of Alvor. As the name suggests, they are lead with their Cuban inspired cocktails, but have a wide range of popular cocktails, wine, and sangria. They also have a long Happy Hour, from 16:00 to 20:00 each day.

On our visit, we had a Passion Fruit Mojito and a Mango Mojito, both of which were outstanding. I highly recommend making a stop for a refreshing beverage as you wander through Alvor“

“This a great little cafe close to the centre of Alvor. We called in one evening after dinner and ordered two Calypso Coffees. These were served swiftly, and were strong with just the right amount of cream. The bill was very reasonable 9.0 euros. Woth a visit!“

“We came across this place by chance and wanted to sit outside although it was busy we managed to get a table. Staff were nice and we were served quickly. We both decided on chicken kebabs, one satay and one spicy. Huge platefuls with nice dipping sauces. We enjoyed the food so much we returned for a second meal during the week. This time we ordered a fish and chips and a sole. Again a good plateful of food which was very nice. Reasonable prices so worth a visit.“
