During a recent visit to Cabana do Pescador, we were absolutely delighted by the experience from start to finish. This restaurant truly stands out in every aspect, making it one of the best dining experiences we've had so far.

“For a day well spent on the white sand beach in Lourinhã, lunch at FOZ RESTAURANTE is essential. This is surrounded by a beach atmosphere, with good conditions and excellent dishes. Of particular note was the monkfish rice for 2 people, which had the flavor of home cooking. It also has polite and helpful staff, which makes for an excellent meal.“

“I went in there a little late for lunch with the intention of eating suckling pig. However, it was a Portuguese stew day that I hadn't eaten in a long time, so that was my choice. Good quantity and very tasty, one serving is enough for 2 people. A pleasant regional restaurant, with normal service.“

“We ate Iberian pork and grilled salmon. Both very good. The side dishes and desserts are also very good. The white sangria is superb. Absolutely recommended. Too bad it was closed the next day for dinner (it was Sunday). Very kind staff.

“This place came highly recommended by the Praia del Rey Marriott hotel and so we decided to try it out and trust me it did not disappoint. The food was on point! The steak was so tender, the sauce to die for and love the addition of the egg. I got my dish with a side of potato gratin and it was delightful! Highly recommend this place for dinner. Book in advance as it tends to get pretty crowded.“
“Went there for lunch with some friends and we were all super happy. The food was fresh, tasty and well prepared while the house wine was surprisingly really good. For a main course, red wine and desert it was 13 euro, really good quality price with a real Portuguese atmosphere ?I will definitely come back!“

We ordered the Steak with cream sauce and mountain cheese, the roast potatoes were wonderful!
The sangria is also delicious!

“We went for lunch this day and there were 4 of us. We each had a different option. We were each very pleased with our meals and the restaurant was quite full. Service was excellent and we were seated in their outside area. It was very comfortable. Parking is available, but limited.“

“Our family is visiting Sao Pedro de Moel and, we have now visited almost all restaurants in town. We can certainly say, Estrela do Mar is quite possibly the best! Not only the food is delicious, the staff is second to none. We highly recommend anyone in Sao Pedro do Moel, if you have to stoped by Estrela do Mar, do so and you will have a great dinner and amazing service.“

“I find the comments very harsh even if not everything is false. We come to this restaurant every year, it's a must stop. You have to choose your dishes carefully to have quality linked to price and more. Try the very expensive bitoque, it is ?.

“The restaurant is big, so luckily no wait! However, the tuna steak seems to be seasoned with too much vinegar, it’s too sour and I hardly taste the tuna itself. The tuna steak is also a bit over-cooked for my liking; I prefer it more raw. Maybe I should’ve ordered seafood by the kilogram instead or asked for the most popular dish.
