I recently visited Pizzaria Sebastião and had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience that I would like to share to alert other customers.

Overcharging: When I received the bill, I noticed that the prices charged were more than double those listed on the menu. This discrepancy was ignored by the staff, and only when I questioned it did the manager admit that there was a problem with the system. This practice is concerning and constitutes fraud.

Lack of Transparency and Professionalism: When I asked to speak with the manager about the issue, he refused to give me his name, which shows a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. Furthermore, when questioning the incorrect charges, I was told that it was my fault for not checking the bill earlier. This left me extremely frustrated, and I left the restaurant in tears.

Hidden Charges: Additionally, a tip was added to the bill without my knowledge or consent. Customers have the right to be informed about any charges in advance, which did not happen in this case.

A great doe, made in stone oven. Great mix of flavours. Well balanced plates with good portions specially with the appetisers.

Very good Italian style place in Caminha. The quality of the food is very good.
They are very well organized. I went in the summer and there were 12 people attending and each one with a clear function.

The pizzas are individual size. The wait, once the food is ordered, is approximately 20 minutes.

You can reserve a table from Google. It is recommended since it is always full. If you leave without a reservation, they have a waiting area and people pass by as the tables become available.

It is located in the main square of Caminha. The best place to park (less than 5 minutes away) is in the squares near where the Caminha firefighters are. There is a lot of room there.

Parking: The place is in a square where there is nowhere to park. However, two streets down (near the Caminha fire department) there are two esplanades where you can park for free.

Excellent! Our favorite restaurant on vacation.
The pizza is world class. One of the best I've ever eaten. The pasta is also really, really good, but it doesn't come close to the pizza. You have to plan for waiting times of 15-25 to get a table, but it's definitely worth it. The service is very accommodating and super friendly. English is not a problem, an English map is available online. If we go to Caminha again we will definitely come back. Prices are also absolutely reasonable, it could even cost 1-2 euros more for me compared to Germany, it's really super cheap for food of this quality

Excellent location, next to Chafariz, in a very pleasant atmosphere that usually has live music from street artists.

We loved the food: meat lasagna, a normal pizza and a vegan pizza, accompanied with garlic bread.

What we value most is the service and treatment that the employees gave us.

We met a huge group of people and they had problems serving everyone at the same time, which caused some delay at our table.

For that reason they surprised us with a discount on the bill, without us having complained or asked for anything.

We appreciate this detail, which is not common in the restaurant service, and we will once again enjoy your good service.

Vegetarian options: Different pizzas, including vegan cheese, and vegetarian lasagna, etc.

Kid-friendliness: Of course, with special baby seats

Wheelchair accessibility: Tables in the square, flat floor without obstacles

One of the best pizzas I have ever eaten!!! I'm not the type to add more but the dough is so incredible and the rest so good that, added to the atmosphere, the place and the service, this memory will remain forever engraved in my memory.

Very interesting names for pizzas (e.g. Fortnite), as creative as the combinations of ingredients (perhaps too many per pizza). Even so, the pizzas were good and did not disappoint, it was worth it! Either way, we were well received and the atmosphere is very pleasant, with inspiring quotes on the wall and a beautiful collection of wines.
