It consisted in layers of vegetables, no fake meats, and I really enjoyed the fact that the chef is just letting veggies shine. The bread was dark, thin and flavorful - this is clearly not an attempt to recreate a traditional francesinha. It's a different approach, innovative and I like the experimental character of what they are doing. The sauce was beautiful. Vegan cheese was nice. The food was very good and the service was fast and efficient. The show starts at 9:30 p.m., so they ask you to arrive around 8:30 p.m. if you want to have dinner. They advise you to reserve, since being small, they have few tables and it fills up quickly. We ordered a ham and cheese sandwich and some spaghetti carbonara (highly recommended).
