“We had a few of the meals from here. All were delicious. Highly recommend the veg sabji - reminiscent of a korma. We also had the soy chunks which were yummy - like a sweet/sour sauce flavour. The pakoda are also great! You are served with a complimentary papadum and condiments, the mint yogurt isn’t vegan (which the staff are aware of and will tell you at the table, but it is still served to you, as the condiments are pre-prepared) the tamarin and chilli are vegan though. The staff are lovely here and service is very quick and efficient. It’s a big restaurant, so no need to book! Quite affordable too. Great spot for a lovely meal in Évora.“

“We really liked the attention, prices and quality of the food. The roll was not greasy and very good flavor, crunchy, the rice was delicious but the best was the chicken with pineapple, I recommend it, it was delicious. We paid 27 euros for two people.“

“Kantu was maybe my favorite meal of my entire trip to Portugal. This was not only because of the food, but also the extremely friendly wait staff and the owner’s happiness to serve us a meal. This place is a must try if you come to Portugal and want plenty of food options (tons of American food but also amazing Portuguese food and some Asian food as well). The plaza you can sit at in front of the restaurant is in a beautiful area and has plenty of shade and is within a short walk to a ton of tourist attractions in Evora.“
