I always feel more comfortable when the vegan options are labelled, rather than having to trust any reassurances from staff that a menu dish is vegan.
At India Gate, they have a Vegetarian Dishes section but 4 of the dishes are labelled vegan and 2 others have Vegan Optional. Also one of the Biryanis has a vegan option too!
None of the breads are labelled vegan but I asked and was told the Chapati was the only vegan one.

I only had Takeaway, but it was excellent. The place isnt too cosy, but the owner is very attentive and the food is taste.
