The Ceviche de jaca verde was a great start introducing me to the imaginative world of Senhor USA with mythical blends between each fruit and the tangy touch from the red onion.

The Curgete was by far my favorite providing a blend of succulent flavors between every ingredient. The Pleurotus was alluring with its fusion of ingredients, surprising enough everything went well together even though I’m not a fan of some of the ingredients individually. The arroz, kale and espinafre plate was rich and slightly heavier than I expected. The sea asparagus was the highlight for me as its texture provided the perfect balance in the dish.

Unfortunately the Parfait de Morango wasn’t to my likening due to the cold overbearing the flavor and the dislike in its semi solid form.
The waiters and chefs provided a cozy atmosphere and it was a good experience.“
