this place is such a gem!!! the vegan dishes were all amazing - it’s really obvious when ordering what can be adapted to be vegan. the staff are incredibly friendly and the food is just delicious.
stand outs were definitely the battered aubergine, the miso soup and the vegan biscoff and sesame cheesecake ? absolutely incredible beyond words.
Había varias versiones de ramen vegano/vegetariano, incluyendo un ramen con curry y verduras.
Ingredientes de mucha calidad y un resultado que me recordó bastante a los ramen que se pueden degustar en Japón.
Las gyozas vegetarianas también estaban muy ricas, y había dos versiones de edamame para picar.
Me gustó que en la carta se animaba a los clientes veganos a pedir cambios (ej: quitar huevo) para convertir a veganos ciertos platos.

It’s not a veggie or vegan restaurant by any means, however the vegan ramen we ordered was delicious and I only managed to get one photo so this photo is the tofu one. We had one tofu ramen and one seitan ramen as well as vegan dumplings and both of us really enjoyed it ? Tye restaurant is very reminiscent of a traditional ramen place in Tokyo and they have delicious cocktails too…we had the Hibiscus one ?
