Disinterested employees, don't listen properly when ordering, requests are only fulfilled reluctantly. No eye contact with the customer in a zero-inclusive attitude.
More attention should be paid to customer friendliness of employees.
Completely ignored by hostess and eventually my wife got an order in. If it were me, we would not be spending any money here. Let's see how the food tastes, but it can never raise the rating beyond 1 star for me. Never coming back.

Keep in mind it's a fast food restaurant. They have heura baguettes that you can ask with fries and coke (or other soft drink) and I think they have vegan nuggets too. I like this kind of options in shopping centers otherwise I would not have anything to eat. Also great when you are with non vegan friends and they can choose meat options. Oh, they have vegan mayo which I think is wonderful.
