This kebab house is located on the corner of fourth floor of Via Catarina Shopping Mall Porto. Yesterday was my first time to have lunch here and it was just okay food.
Cons 1. The quality of the meat was not really good. I could not even eat all my kebab.
Pros 1. Friendly and nice staff. 2. The service is fast. Less than 5 minimum after the payment, my food is ready. 3. I paid 5 euros. I have a drink, fried potato, and kebab. In terms of price, it is cheap but the portion is small, little veggies and sauce. 4. Payment in cash or multibanco.

Today I went to Alibaba Kebab Hauss in the Via Catarina shopping mall at around 3pm (my lunch break as I'm a shopkeeper on the same street), where I came across the employee mopping the floor and asked me to wait, so far so good 5 minutes pass and there is no employee in front of the counter, I go to part of the kitchen and ask to be served, where the same employee is sitting on a box talking to other employees, she tells me that I have to wait for the floor dry with a laugh of delight, now that I had an hour of lunch and it was lunch time, I thought it was ridiculous that they were cleaning at such a busy time, I even said that I had to work but she ignored me. I ended up having to choose another restaurant and will not return to Alibaba. It was a bad experience

My experience with food in Porto was bad, I already lost hope. But ordered AliKebab with uber and they returned me faith in humanity. I ate 2 kebab boxes by my own. Had a great time. Highly recommended! Even ketchup was perfect.
