We went to dinner. We ordered a francesinha and a gilthead bream. The sea bream was on point, the dish very complete with its vegetables and potatoes. Very rich. The francesinha was also very good, different from the sandwiches we had tried. The waiter was very attentive at all times. Fast service.

Really disgusting, we ordered the grilled cod and they brought us three fried and re-fried cod full of disgusting oil. We complained and they replied that they do it like that, if it's called grilled cod there must be a reason, otherwise it would be fried cod or am I wrong ??? I ask for the bill and they don't accept credit cards, they demanded cash, forcing me to go and withdraw. Beware of rows of restaurants in town and not on the river mouth and full of crooks.

From our group of 5, only 1 of us enjoyed our meal. I asked for Pizza, seemingly a traditional Napoli pizza as their restaurant board suggested they serve this. Unfortunately the pizza was not as expected, but if you like raw tomatoes on your pizza this is your place! I regret looking up this place on Google after my meal. As of 19th June 2024 they have 2.4⭐️

I just don't give it a 0 because it's not possible. If like us (tourists) you come to eat here thinking it's a good idea, don't come. I ordered a francesinha where the bread was very hard, I couldn't even cut it with a serrated knife, the meat was horrible, just as hard. The sauce, fresh from a tomato can where they added a little pepper. Service left something to be desired in the same way. An experience not to be repeated for sure.
