bizzare experience, red flag should have been detected at the beginning, when we were the only ones in the restaraunt, we ordered the hot and sour soup, and it was more salty than sour

the rice we got was probably from the last lunar year as it crumbled as soon as i picked it up, the main dish was not eatable either, the meat tastes off, and the noodle we got had more vegetable then noodles. one of our cutlery had rust on the knifes and a bit of a fowl smell of what could be mouldy. we really could not eat it, we politely paid and left as we could not eat it

owner is super lovely but food took a long time

really appreciated that she tried, she offered for us to have take away for the food we could not finished and she really did try

The place is all dirty
The attendant was all disheveled and uneducated.
I asked what drinks she had and she told me they were all available in other places.
The place looks like a scene from a horror movie.
The crepe is soft and I've never been to a place as smelly of mold as this one.
Terrible service, terrible food.

Friendly staff, charismatic vibes and homey service. Not including the spectacular price and the tasty food. Would give 5 stars if possible. Updated from previous review on 2024-06-07

Fantastic, tasty, authentic Chinese food with every dish cooked from scratch. Lovely service from a friendly waitress and nice drinks. Probably the best value for money restaurant in Porto and definitely the best Chinese food. Great vegetarian options. We loved the mushroom soup and tofu noodles

Vegetarian options: Super range of vegetarian dishes

Decent Chinese food. The service was really slow and we didn’t feel welcomed. No where on the restaurant door or website does it say they only take cash. So it was a surprise to us when they said cash on when the check was given. One of the staff members rolled their eyes when we explained the issue. I had to go home to get more cash, it was highly inconvenient.

We are perplexed. The waitress was really very nice. The taste of the starter was already strange but it was still quite good. The shrimp are crispy as they should be.On the other hand, the main course... we have never eaten such a salty dish in our entire lives. It was very difficult to eat this dish.We were almost the only customers and the few others were strangely silent. We mainly heard the TV.We don't understand what happened to us in this restaurant.

The worst Chinese restaurant I have ever been to.The food is extremely salty (I like to eat very salty though and I'm not picky). In the restaurant, there are few customers (when all the other restaurants are full...) and everyone is very quiet (are they also horrified by the quality of the food?).Faced with her soup, my wife had the impression of finding herself facing our cat's pâté... same texture, same smell...We paid a lot for this meal (€35 for two) for a quantity and quality that really leaves something to be desired. The only positive point: the lady who runs the restaurant is nice. But that's not enough to run a restaurant...I'm ashamed to have set foot there without having read the comments.

We went there after reading the positive comments yet we were deeply disappointed. Place smelt humidity and the smell of Incense was pungent.Their cook doesn't know how to cook a certain dish. We ordered a fish dish. While we were waiting, we heard someone in the kitchen say that he "doesn't know how to cook the dish". In response, the waitress said "just do it this way." And we had a dish that may or may not be what we ordered.
