Small but good restaurant. The food was good and I like tapas. The price is quite high because of the Euro. Otherwise, I think it's worth a visit. They have a toilet and it is close to the road. Nice service although it took a long time to get the food to the table. Quite a good menu to choose from in this small restaurant. Best to sit outside and eat.
Kid-friendliness: Many children eat here child adapted.

Small shaded and windy place, very pleasant when it's hot. On the other hand, absolutely inedible food
Tomato mozza salad: halves of cold, tasteless hard uncut tomatoes accompanied by large blocks of cow's mozzarella for pizza - made to be cooked and not in a salad!
Brushcetta: bread with industrial tomato sauce and pieces of cooked mozzarella....
Honestly rarely eaten so badly in Portugal where the traditional cuisine in the slightest boui boui is of quality.

Easily walkable from Porto city center, Tapas N Friends is a small restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating serving sharable small plates.
It was beautiful evening, so we chose to dine on the umbrella shaded terrace.
Our waiter was friendly and attentive and service was quick.
We love the tapas concept of trying small servings of many things versus only eating one entree.
We ordered the perfect amount of food, leaving us satisfied but not overfull, which allowed us to enjoy dessert on our walk back to our hotel.
We ate and drank: Porto Branco Tonico (white port with tonic), Pataniscas de Bacalhau (salt cod fish fritters), Lollipop Alheira (alheira sausage lollipops) and Pica Pau. All were flavorful and delicious!

Great restaurant! I loved the food, staff and atmosphere.
The potato with cheddar was very good with quality ingredients, the cheeses also seemed of great quality and the jelly was very good.
I will definitely come back more often.

We ordered the chorizo and the squid. Squid was lightly breaded however very non descript. Chorizo was nicely smokey but very chewy. Staff were very attentive. We are not sure why this restaurant is rated so high and would not return.

This fantastic little place is located right below the hotel we were staying in. 55 tapas to choose from, all very appetizing. We ate at least a dozen of them, taking advice from a young and very friendly waitress. All accompanied by excellent white or red sangria and cocktails. We returned to the hotel cheerful and happy!! If you pass by, a refreshment break is a must.
