“Tried the Pastel de Nata many times before: in Portugal, Macau, HK, and never liked it. Until this one - it’s a different level of this pastry! Never thought it could taste like this. Go to Sta Cruz just to try it!!

“Glad to finally find some vegan cake! One option of the 6-7 cakes available was vegan, but clearly labelled. Not clearly labelled on any other food on the menu, but with asking and caution, you would be fine. Food was ok - a few burger options, sides, and toast with (veg) butter, as well as milk alternatives available. Great playground nearby, so a good option with kids. Had a highchair available, and a baby change. Son was happy to finally get some cake (banana and almond cake). We tried to go on Tuesday when it was supposedly open, but couldn't get in. Now seems (from inside) that you can get in via a different shop on the main street.“

“Large terrace with a fantastic view over the airport, for those who love aviation. It's a fantastic bar for lunch or dinner, or simply drinking a coffee and watching the planes arrive and depart from the airport. I recommend it without a doubt, even for those who don't like planes. It is also a good place to watch sporting events. Unfortunately it has some less positive points, sometimes it is difficult to find parking as it is a very popular place.“

Henrique has an amazing talent of providing classical Portuguese dishes with a modern twist. I have had the privilege of eating here several times and we’ve adored every meal!!!
